Faculty of Science and Technology has focused on STEM training programs in accordance with STEM education policy of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. This policy is to promote Industrial Development Plan of the Royal Governement of Cambodia. To date, we have established a Food Chemistry program which has attracted the attention of many students who want to study on food safety. Concurrently, Faculty of Science and Technology has also provided Civil Engineeing training programs in either bechelor or master degree.

For research, our faculty members have conducted joint research projects with University of Ottawa, (Canada), Columbia University (USA), IERI-GIST (South Korea), Southern Univeristy of Science and Technology (Sustech-China) and Cambodian Chemical Society, Cambodia. We have published  research articles in the international and domestic journals every year.

In 2022, Our laboratories have promoted its STEM educational programs to 479 high students in 6 diffierent schools in Prey Veng, Takoe, Kampot, Kampong Speu and Kandal through our school science camp program. Concurrently, our Laboratories have received 167 visitors including high school students and teachers, university students and lecturers through our lab science camp and lab tour programs.​ In addition, our Food Chemistry Laboratory has hosted intern students from different faculties such Faculty of Pharmacy, International Unvierstiy and some intern students from Royal University of Phnom Penh and Institute of Technology of Cambodia.

Faculty of Science and Technology thrives to produce scientists and engineers who will build Cambodia in a sustainable way. We look forward to welcoming you to join us.
